Childbirth Education Workshop

This is an all-day workshop for you and a partner of your choosing. We will go over what to expect and what not to expect during labour, birth and postpartum. You will walk away with tools and techniques to use during your labour. How to breathe properly, natural comfort measures, options for in the hospital room, understanding informed consent, stages during labour, the role of the birth cocktail, understanding the fear-tension-pain cycle, and overcoming any anxiety leading up to your upcoming birth. Putting together your birth plan and creating a supportive environment for postpartum, and much, much more. We will break for one hour to have Lunch of your choosing. You may pack a Lunch and stay in the studio or go out to eat.  Each mother will receive a gift of herbals, handouts, and products to take home created by Vanessa Skinner - Spiritual Birth Keeper
